8 years of experience running a private yacht galley. Responsibilities included:
Week long menu design.
Provisioning for all meals/drink/snacks aboard ship for minimum 7 days at a time.
Preparing upscale breakfast, lunch, appetizer, starter, dinner and dessert for 10 guests and three crew each day.
Constant communication with guests prior to arrival regarding preferences and dietary preferences/restrictions.
Budgeting and inventory management.
