I have a Culinary degree and many years of comercial and residencial (private chef) experience.
My bartenders have all certifications and permits needed

How did you get started in this business?
After finishing school I went to work for many hospitals, restaurants and resorts but wanted to work for myself so I started private chef and catering company

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Right after quarantine I hosted a social distanced block party. I could see all happy faces finally being able to have fun with other people
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they give you a written quote explaining all expectations, menu, time anything that will make sure both parties are under the same expectation

Make sure you let your pro know of any allergies in the party or any dislikes
